Valley Barbell really is the best in the Valley! I’ve been to a few gyms in the area between Front Royal and Winchester and Valley Barbell really raised the bar! The environment, staff and culture is unreal! Chris goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. The layout of equipment is very organized and targets the appropriate areas! I will forever recommend and be a supporter for Valley Barbell!

One of the best gyms in the area. They are constantly adding new equipment and have just added an expansion for a dedicated powerlifting area. I recommend it to anyone I know who’s looking for a gym and am always exited to come in and see what’s new.

Membership is a great price. So thankful for this gym! I’m a mother of 3 young boys so I needed some flexibility when it came to hitting the gym. The owner is very nice, eager to see people hit their goals and succeed! You can tell he puts a lot of thought into the equipment choices. Always adding new pieces and taking out ones that don’t really get used. There’s also a sauna in each locker room. As well as a “Selfie” room with a large mirror and adjustable lighting, where you can go in shut the door and take your progress pics!
